1. 已经注册的学生，可以申请办理中国银行个人银行帐户。帐户含折子1本，借记卡1张。A registered student may apply to open an individual banking account in Bank of China and therefore is to own a bankbook and a debit card.

帐户的用途The Usage of the Bank Account
该帐户可以存入人民币及其他8种外国货币。其他用途还有：境内汇款、境外汇款、转帐划款、POS机消费等。支付学费时，请学生将存款以人民币方式存入。The Chinese currency and some eight foreign currencies can be deposited into this account. The card can also be used at home and abroad, for transferring and consumptions on POS. The students are required to deposit Chinese currency(RMB) into the account and pay the tuition fee.

POS机手续费The charges for payment on POS
1）使用标有“银联”标志的人民币卡，学校支付手续费。The school will pay the charge if RMB cards with symbol “Yinlian”(银联) are used；
2）使用国际卡仅限VISA、MASTER卡，手续费由学生支付。The students are required to pay the extra charge if non-Chinese cards are used. Only VISA and MASTER cards are available.

2. 付学费 Tuition Payment
1) 新学生可以用汇款、信用卡、个人支票、旅行支票以及人民币(或美元)现金付款。New students can pay the tuition by remittance, credit cards, personal check, traveler’s check, and cash in Chinese currency(RMB) or US Dollars.
2) 学校规定：本科学位生第2年缴付学费，一律由中国银行在学生个人账户中自动扣除相应金额。学费每年付一次，8月15日之前请将当年学费金额以人民币存入帐户。注册时学生必须先领取发票，然后办理相关注册手续。From the second year, all bachelor degree students Who have opened bank accounts are required to pay the tuition fee via the individual accounts in Bank of China, deducting the amount of money of tuition automatically by the bank. Therefore, before August 15th every year, please deposit enough money in RMB for the tuition fee into the account. On the registration day, student should get their invoices before going through the registration procedure.
