II. Application Qualifications

1. Self-financed foreign students (excluding graduating students, non-degree students and inter-university exchange students) who study at SJTU with an excellent academic record and abide by the university regulations and rules with no demerits , Language Student can apply for Liuyuan-Sheng Yudu Scholarship;

2. Anyone who has already received Scholarship for Outstanding Self-Funded Foreign Students can’t apply for this scholarship, but is eligible to apply for other scholarships;

3. Students enrolled in 2012 without purchasing Mainland China Insurance may not apply for this scholarship.

III.Application Methods

1.                    Please download(ftp://public.sjtu.edu.cn/,username：zhaoyuan,password:public) and fill out the form:“2013年自费生奖学金申请表”.

2.                    Application deadline: Please submit it to the Foreign Student Affairs Office of School of International Education (SIE) before May 15, 2013. Late Application will not be accepted.

3.                    During May 16-29, 2013, the application review will be conducted by Foreign Student Affairs Office of SIE and the result will be posted afterwards.

4.                    The final list of 2013 scholarship recipients, after public notice to which there is no objection, will be formalized.
